My doctor has diagnosed my heel pain and plantar fasciitis and made me wear braces. They make my feet feel much better, but add in my shoe above the insole, my feet feel so high, the back of the shoe friction. You are the type 3 / 4 length. Should I remove my current Prime insole? I have never used, and they need your advice.
